This week I had the chance to eat pitahaya. I don't know what it's English name would be. Maybe it doesn't have one. It comes from the jungles and is very sweet. The picture describes the rest of it better than I could with words. If anyone figures out what the name could be in English, let me know.

It's just the yellow version of the dragon fruit... I think. :)
I believe it is Pitaya (also known as dragon fruit). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pitaya
